Radiant Health Sauna Temperature Guide
Far-infrared saunas are designed to deliver effective results at lower, more comfortable temperatures.
- The ideal temperature range is 120°F–149°F (50°C–65°C), allowing you to choose the level of heat that feels most comfortable while staying within the therapeutic range.
- Most sauna sessions last 30–60 minutes. Beginners may wish to start with shorter sessions of 20–25 minutes and gradually increase their time as they become more comfortable with the experience.
- Be sure to stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes before and after your session. Many people also find it helpful to drink water during longer sessions.
