# How Long Should I Stay in an Infrared Sauna?

For those new to infrared sauna therapy, we recommend starting with sessions of 20–30 minutes. As your body becomes accustomed to the heat, you may gradually extend your sessions to 25–45 minutes, depending on your comfort level and personal wellness goals.

**Always listen to your body, stay well hydrated, and exit the sauna if you begin to feel uncomfortable.**
