How Do I Turn Off My Sauna?

You can turn off your Pause sauna using either the control panel or the Radiant Health app.

Using the Exterior Control Panel

• Touch the Power icon to turn off the sauna.

Using the Radiant Health App

• Open the app and tap the Power icon to turn off the sauna remotely.

Using the Main Switch

• Reach under the bench and turn off the Main Power switch to power down the sauna completely (this will also disconnect the sauna from the remote app).

Turning Off the Lights
The sauna lights are controlled independently from the main power.
From the control panel:

• Press and hold the light icon for three (3) seconds to turn the light off. Alternatively, you can cycle through the available colors until the light turns off. 

From the Radiant Health app:

1. Tap the Light icon.
2. Tap the On/Off toggle to switch the lights off.

Turning Off Bluetooth
Bluetooth is controlled separately from the sauna's main power.

• Touch the Bluetooth icon on the control panel or Radiant Health App to turn Bluetooth off.
