Getting Ready for Your First Sauna Session
Getting Ready for Your First Session
Before your first use, take a few minutes to prepare your sauna.
- Wipe down the interior walls and benches with a damp cloth to remove any fine wood dust that may have settled during shipping. This is normal and part of working with natural, unfinished wood.
- Ensure the room where your sauna is installed is climate-controlled and at or above 68°F (20°C). This helps the sauna reach and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
- Keep the air vent closed for most sessions. If the sauna feels warmer than you prefer, opening the vent slightly can help regulate airflow.
