Preparing for Your First Sauna Session

Untitled (1280 x 700 px) (1000 x 650 px) (950 x 575 px)

Before your first session, take a few minutes to get everything ready.

  1. Wipe the interior walls and benches with a damp cloth to remove any fine wood dust from shipping. This is normal with natural, unfinished wood.
  2. For optimal performance, ensure your sauna is installed in a climate-controlled space maintained at or above 68°F (20°C). This helps the unit reach and sustain ideal operating temperatures.
  3. For most sessions, keep the air vent closed. If the sauna becomes warmer than desired, opening the vent slightly can help improve airflow and comfort.
