Getting Ready for Your First Session

Before your first use, take a few minutes to prepare your sauna.

  1. Wipe down the interior walls and benches with a damp cloth to remove any fine wood dust that may have settled during shipping. This is normal and part of working with natural, unfinished wood.
  2. Ensure the room where your sauna is installed is climate-controlled and at or above 68°F (20°C). This helps the sauna reach and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
  3. Keep the air vent closed for most sessions. If the sauna feels warmer than you prefer, opening the vent slightly can help regulate airflow.
