Preparing for Your First Sauna Session
Before your first session, take a few minutes to get everything ready.
- Wipe the interior walls and benches with a damp cloth to remove any fine wood dust from shipping. This is normal with natural, unfinished wood.
- For optimal performance, ensure your sauna is installed in a climate-controlled space maintained at or above 68°F (20°C). This helps the unit reach and sustain ideal operating temperatures.
- For most sessions, keep the air vent closed. If the sauna becomes warmer than desired, opening the vent slightly can help improve airflow and comfort.
