Troubleshooting Electrical & Radio Issues with Radiant Health Saunas

Elite Sauna control panel is not working, but the radio is working.
Elite Sauna radio is not working, but the sauna is working.
The “bench-top” button is not working
The sauna is shutting off after a short time.
The sauna is tripping the circuit breaker.
The Elite Sauna radio shows “No Device” for USB connection.

The Elite Sauna control panel is not working, but the radio is working.

Check the connection labelled “1” at the front left top corner. Check the connections labelled “4” at the top right rear corner and the bottom right rear corner (under the bench). Make sure they are plugged in securely. This is specific to the Elite Sauna Line, not the Pause Sauna Line.

Check the connections labelled “3” at the top right rear corner and the bottom right rear corner (under the bench). Make sure they are plugged in securely. This is specific to the Elite Sauna Line, not the Pause Sauna Line.

The “bench-top” button is not working

After changing the timer from zero up to a valid value, wait about 30-40 seconds before operating the bench-top heater. It should come up automatically after that delay.

The sauna is shutting off after a short time.

Adjust the timer from zero up to a valid value. If the timer is zero, the sauna will not warm up and will turn itself off automatically after about 10 minutes.

The sauna is tripping the circuit breaker.

Make sure the circuit breaker is not GFCI type. If it is a GFCI breaker, have it replaced with a standard breaker.

The Elite Sauna radio shows “No Device” for USB connection.

The USB port in the radio may not be compatible with newer devices. Use the Aux port, or an optional external Bluetooth adapter (does not come with the sauna) instead. This is specific to the Elite Sauna Line, not the Pause Sauna Line.
