Troubleshooting Electrical and Radio Interference Issues

The Elite Sauna control panel is not functioning, but the radio is still working. 
Elite Sauna radio is not working, but the sauna is functioning.
The “bench-top” button is not working
The sauna turns off unexpectedly after a short operating period.
The circuit breaker is tripping when the sauna is in use
The Elite Sauna radio shows "No Device" when a USB is connected

 

The Elite Sauna control panel is not functioning, but the radio is still working. 

Check the connection labeled "1" in the upper-left front corner of the sauna. Then, check the connections labeled "4" in the upper-right rear corner and the lower-right rear corner (beneath the bench). Ensure all connections are securely plugged in.

Please note that these instructions apply only to the Elite Sauna line and do not apply to the Pause Sauna line.

Elite Sauna radio is not working, but the sauna is functioning 

Check the connections labeled “3” in the upper-right rear corner and the lower-right rear corner (beneath the bench). Ensure both are securely plugged in.

The “bench-top” button is not working

After adjusting the timer from zero to a valid value, wait approximately 30–40 seconds before operating the bench-top heater. It should activate automatically after this delay. 

The sauna turns off unexpectedly after a short operating period.

Set the timer to a valid value above zero. If the timer is set to zero, the sauna will not heat up and will automatically shut off after approximately 10 minutes.

The circuit breaker is tripping when the sauna is in use

Ensure the circuit breaker is not a GFCI type. If it is a GFCI breaker, it should be replaced with a standard breaker. 

The Elite Sauna radio shows “No Device” when a USB is connected 

The USB port on the radio may not be compatible with newer devices. Please use the AUX port or an optional external Bluetooth adapter (not included with the sauna) instead.

Note: This applies only to the Elite Sauna line and does not apply to the Pause Sauna line.
