What Should I Do If Parts or Panels Arrive Damaged? 

Please take clear photos of the damage, including images of the entire affected panel, and email them to our support team. Be sure to include your sauna's serial number, which can be found on each shipping box and underneath the bench.

Why Won't the Wall Panel Lock Into Place? 

Ensure the floor is level before beginning. Next, check that there are no obstructions beneath the wall panel and that it is properly aligned with the grooves and slots in the floor panel. Carefully lower the wall into place, making sure the pin-and-keyhole latches engage and lock securely.
