Troubleshooting Assembly Issues with Radiant Health Saunas

What to do when parts or panels arrived damaged?

Take pictures of the damage and the entire damaged panel and email it to our support team, along with the serial number of the sauna (located on every box and under the bench).

Why does the wall not lock in?

Make sure the floor is leveled. Then, make sure there is no obstruction under the wall, and that the wall fits into the groove and slots of the floor panel. Then, lower the wall into its spot, making sure the pin-keyhole latches lock in.

Why does the roof not fit on?

Radiant Health saunas are built for tight fit. First, make sure the floor is leveled. Then, make sure the walls are square and flush. Then, wiggle in the roof by pushing/pulling the corners and walls to fit into the groove of the ceiling (using some gentle force or tapping may be required).
