# How Radiant Health Delivers a Quiet Sauna Experience

Most infrared saunas use thermal switches that cycle heater panels on and off as the sauna reaches its target temperature. This constant cycling can create noticeable fluctuations in comfort. When the panels switch off, users may experience an immediate reduction in radiant warmth. When they switch back on, the audible click of relays or thermal switches can interrupt the quiet, relaxing sauna experience.

Radiant Health solves this challenge with **Always-On Infrared Heating™**, a proprietary system engineered to deliver consistent, balanced, and virtually silent heat.
